All prices are per room, per night and include full English breakfast. All rooms are en-suite Child supplement under 2s no charge. 2 - 12 years £20.00 per child. 13 years and older - £47.50 sharing a double/twin room or using a folding bed in the same room. * Please note there is a two night minimum stay during Easter Bank holiday weekend of 6 th until 9 th April then for the peak summer season starting from the weekend of the 4th May 2012 until 30 September. Terms & Conditions. Check-in is available from 12:00 noon untill 11:00pm. Late check-in service is available, advance notice required. Check-out is by 10:00am. We require credit card details to secure all bookings. Full payment for accommodation to be paid on departure. We accept payment by Cash, Debit card, Mastercard and Visa We cannot accept payment by Cheque, American Express card or Diners club card.
Cancellation policy We have a 48 hour cancellation policy (by 12:00 noon, two days before arrival). In the event of a no show or late cancellation we will take the first nights accommodation price from the credit card supplied on booking.
